COVID-19

The COVID-19 virus is a global pandemic posing unprecedented challenges to our society, healthcare system, and particularly long term care nursing facilities.  This virus disproportionately effects the population we serve, residents over the age of sixty-five with underlying health issues.

Since the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Courtyard Nursing and Rehabilitation has prepared for the possibility of outbreaks in our skilled nursing care setting. Our management has continuously provided clear guidance to respond and mitigate the spread of illness in our building. We are working tirelessly to protect the health and safety of the residents and our dedicated front line healthcare team members who heroically care for our residents.

As families increasingly turn to publicly reported data to aid decision making for their healthcare needs, the leadership of Courtyard Nursing and Rehabilitation decided it was important to publish location-specific COVID-19 data on our website.  This decision proactively keeps our residents, families, staff and the general public informed of the impact of COVID-19 on our building.

The data below is specific to Courtyard Nursing and Rehabilitation.  The published data contained in this table is constantly changing and updated to reflect the most currently available information. Published numbers are pending validation by appropriate public health officials.  General updates and frequently asked questions will be posted toward the bottom of this page.
