Courtyard Nursing and Rehabilitation is located in Houston, Texas, near several major acute care hospitals as well as many residential neighborhoods.  Our center is a one hundred-twenty bed skilled nursing facility which provides twenty-four hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services.

At Courtyard our residents come first.  We create a personalized plan of care that reflects each resident's specific needs. We get to know our residents, and develop individual service plans that reflect their preferences, likes, and dislikes. Our team pays special attention in the way they care for each resident, in order to provide the best experience possible. Our residents enjoy services delivered by caring, compassionate professionals, and families enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved one is getting the attention they need.
